API Management Submit shows: Failed set API Product Selector #138

Describe the bug When attempting to add API access to group, after selecting an environment in API Manage dialog, Clicking Submit shows failure: "Failed set API Product Selector failed to update group: Operation cannot be fulfilled on groups.portal.gloo.solo.io "oidc- group": the object has been modified: please apply your changes to the latest version and try again"

According to @marcogschmidt This seems to be a race condition in the backend.

The workaround is to bypass the UI and directly edit the YAML

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Update group.yaml manually (outside of Admin UI).
  2. Attempt to add API access to group
  3. Clicking Submit fails with error above.

Expected behavior Submit button works without failure when presented with a selected API.
