APIKeys generated for Portal can be explicitly revoked by an administrator, but there is no way to set an expiry on them.

Allow properly authorized administrators to set and modify expiration dates. Allow default expiries to be configured, perhaps as part of the auth policy on usage plans. These should all be supported in API and UI.
