Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We already support gzip compression. Would also be nice to support to decompressor: https://www.envoyproxy.io/docs/envoy/latest/configuration/http/http_filters/decompressor_filter

Describe the solution you'd like Add a plugin to expose and validate the envoy decompressor filter.
