Add ability to see the IPs that upstreams are mapped to in the gloo-fed ui #5447

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add into the gloo-fed ui, the ability to see the IPs that upstreams are mapped to.

Traefik does something similar now.

HostsList does not require API server change work.

Apiserver changes are done. Need to do the UI part
