Imagine this would go in the setup/install section as a specialized use case in which the envoy proxies/data plane is deployed outside of the cluster that the edge control plane is deployed to, likely for security reasons

the doc version can be a lightweight one, using a simpler approach (2 clusters for example) and abstracting the cloud provider
