Create customGrafana helm option to specify a kube secret instead of a password #6193

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

For security reasons, a customer would like to specify customGrafana configuration in their helm chart by using a Kubernetes secret reference rather than a plain-text password as shown here. The helm password value is observability.customGrafana.password in the enterprise helm chart here.

Provide a helm chart option for customGrafana to specify a kube secret instead of a plain-text password.
