Requests to the extauth and rate-limiting servers are not included in my traces

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like support for opentracing/opentelemetry in the extauth and rate-limit servers so that the calls to those servers from gateway-proxy are included in my traces

Ask from a customer is whether its possible to trace the ext auth plugins such as LDAP, OPA ... And also to be able to trace custom auth server & custom auth plugin implementations out of the box.
