Discovery service account annotations not being propagated #6921

Describe the bug

Aws eks needs role arn on annotations on service accounts to pick up webtokens. We previously set this up correctly. It no longer gets set as an annotation anymore.

Steps to reproduce the bug

lambda eks with rolearn

Expected Behavior

Annotation exists and discovery works via the rolearn
