Currently our story on the settings set in the bootstrap configuration for envoy which drives its connection with gloo's xds end point is under specified.

Describe the solution you'd like

Exposing of the other tcp keep alive options as well as http keep alive options Creating a better framework for value recommendations (whats the minimal values)
