Annotations, labels and securityContext for all Jobs in Helm chart #7775

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like all the Jobs defined in the chart to support defining custom annotations and labels, as well as pod-securityContext and container-securityContext.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I can patch all of the resources on the fly, but the chart should support all of the above.

Additional Context

Relevant to https://github.com/solo-io/gloo/issues/7473, but would like the scope for securityContext to apply to all workloads.
