Describe the requested changes

The starting point of architecture diagram is awesome as is, however it describes the most minimal overview.

It would be nice to have a page with some more of the generalized pod responsibilities so that users can understand impact of rolling a given pod.

For example https://docs.solo.io/gloo-edge/main/guides/security/auth/extauth/ details the data plane path but not that in Edge we have extauth retrieve its configuration from the gloo pod's xds endpoint. Another piece is the valdiation webhook and how that uses gloo.
