Invalid links in the workshops/gloo-mesh-2-0/gateway README #145

The table of contents documented in the workspaces/gloo-mesh-2-0/gateway directory's README links to invalid headers for the individual labs: https://github.com/solo-io/workshops/tree/master/gloo-mesh-2-0/gateway#readme.

This appears to be fixed in the 2.2.x version of the gateway labs: https://github.com/solo-io/workshops/blob/master/gloo-mesh-2-2/gateway/README.md.

Closing as 2.0 should be unsupported at this point.
