Transfer from uphold to SOLOGENIC DEX #397

Hi guys , I transferred 50 XRP from uphold to SOLOGENIC DEX WALLET the transaction was successfull but my 50 XRP do not appear in my sologenic wallet. HELP PLEASE !!! DF487E8D-3EF8-4936-94AB-E3E0EFA77C65 D68D9FFC-B944-4DB9-9075-E4D987349F69

Bad move, I been trying to send my XRP back to uphold, all the get is destination tag is incorrect which is not true I double check, everything is right! Beginning to think it’s a scam!!! Can anyone help?!?!

I did a transfer of 50 XRP from uphold to SOLOGENIC DEX WALLET the transaction was successful but the 50 XRP didn’t appear in my wallet balance for several days I was thinking I had lost my XRP. I was crazy contacting uphold support they told me the transaction was successful nothing we can do, then SOLOGENIC SUPPORT they only told contact uphold (bad support) I send them again my transaction photos for they to research but suddenly my XRP appeared in my SOLOGENIC DEX wallet. Now I hope if I need send back my XRP to uphold do not get any issue or lose my XRP. You need to make sure you put the XRP receive tag number correctly. Hope you get a solution soon.
