Sent XRP from solo dex to uphold with wrong destination tag #478

Sent from solo DEX to uphold. Had the wrong destination tag. Uphold is asking for a screenshot of the transaction but when I send the the screenshot from solo dec it goes to a third party site and they said it’s not valid because it doesn’t prove I own it. Is there anything I can do or am I screwed? 500 XRP may be lost forever. Please help

You doing better then me! Every time I try and send it say my destination tag in not right!!! And it 100% correct!!

Yea but mine is gone!!! Atleast you have yours is solo still

Mine was wrong and someone else got it because it was their tag hahaha. Now uphold says I don’t own the right to it because solo dex doesn’t have the transaction on their app

That’s the point, it’s in solo but I can’t get it out!! How can I get it out if I ever need it??

Make sure you have the right wallet address and destination tag or you will lose it all. When I got the right one it all got got deposited into my uphold account but 500 is lost forever apparently

I tried 50 times already everything is correct!! I think my XRP is stuck in solo app! And to make things worse we can’t get any customer support!! I’m beginning to think I was robbed without a gun!!

Screenshot_20220208-203352-509 I would include a screenshot from the app something like this syncing up with the third party screenshot hoping that would be enough
