Password not working after app update #649

The Solodex app where I have my CTF tokens alerted me that upgrade 3.0 was available so I updated the app. I went to buy xrp to buy more ctf and it will not accept my password.Are my funds safe? Help is appreciated.

Me pasa lo mismo, no me funciona el codigo QR, la contraseña y tampoco me deja mover fondos. Que paso con la actualizacion

My password doesn’t work after the update. One loaded the wallet from seed phrase and a new password and still won’t accept password. I have 3 CTF orders that need to be canceled and I can’t. Please help.

I've had to delete my wallet, restore it via secret keys, as my password does not work. Have done this 3 x times now.

Password still not working. This is killing me.

Wow, is there a way to get in touch with someone ? There has to be more people out there with this problem lol

Yeah you would think so. I have not used SOLODEX much, but there is no one to contact. I cant do any trades. You would think it would give you the option to reset you password. Even thou the password i have set is correct. Hopefully somoene reads the thread on GITHUB and makes an update to fix the issue. Maybe send feedback on the App and give it 1 x star, thats what ill do shortly.

Yeah not real happy about this. Zero information on how to reach anyone. I have 3 limit buys I need canceled. Password won’t work

After the update, I was asked to enter a password instead of a pin number or fingerprint recognition, but it is not recognized and I cannot buy or sell coins. Please restore it to its original state quickly.

there were two updates today, install them both, it should fix it. fixed mine

The only problem I have left is the slide button to confirm buy or sell. It won’t move now
