Wallet not appearing #655

I entered my seed phrase that I wrote and an empty wallet appears. When I pull up xrp tracker I see my wallet and the amount of xrp and solo is there. The seed phrase I entered sends me to another wallet. Even the address is different. I know the wallet because i see the address it was sent to from my Kucoin history yet my seed phrase does not bring me there. How could do this possibly happen

Exactly the same happen to me! Very bad support I don’t know how to get help from solo!

It just happened to me when I tried to reinstall the app and restore my wallet l. I had 12000 solos in there., it all anished and I dont recognize the original piblic address.
