TOTP Support #208

It's probably rather complicated, but I've noticed since obtaining my solo yesterday that not all websites support U2F / FIDO2. To this end, is it possible to use my Solo to do TOTP as an interim until these websites add support?

Note that this repository is specifically about the Solo 1, and not the Solo 2.

It is now, it wasn't when this issue was opened. A maintainer could move it so that the history is not lost.

@bendem I would suggest opening a new issue against https://github.com/solokeys/solo2 if this is still an issue and referencing this one.

This issue has a lot of history, so it would probably be helpful for all involved if the key points were summarised in a new issue.
