Enhancement: option to change units for transfer speed (from bytes/sec to bits/sec) #564

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Setting panel for user selection of preferred units for transfer speed (which 
would be used in multiple places in the application). Instead I see no such 
option and the units appear to be hard coded to KB/s or MB/s when applicable. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.03. Win 7 x64.
