Defect: 'Trackers' tab disappears after opening torrent options window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start transgui
2. Select torrent in the list and open torrent options tab
3. Close window and check tab presence

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. 'Tracker' tab in main window is visible
2. 'Trackers' tab disappears

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
client: transgui 4.0.3 (win32), 4.0.2 (debian wheezy)
server: transmission 2.03-2 (debian squeeze)
