Unreadable text when using a dark theme

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Using Debian Wheezy XFCE, and the Atolm theme from here: 
https://launchpad.net/~nikount/+archive/orta-desktop, and also using Compiz 
with the Atolm Emerald theme, I get unreadable text under the General Tab, some 
under the Connection Options and also the Options dialogs. Attached are the 
screenshots to make it clear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
transgui-4.0.3 on Debian Wheezy XFCE

It may be the theme bug. transgui receives the text color from the system. Try 
other dark themes. Will they work better?

I'm using GNOME now with the default theme so this can be marked as fixed.
