High CPU usage when refreshing remote host with 1k+ torrents #575

In 4.0.2 and 4.0.3 (the versions I have used), when the transmission remote GUI 
polls a transmission daemon for a refresh/update, when there are many torrents 
(typically 1k+), the CPU usage is excessively high for a long time.
