Ability to stop 'Add new torrent' window from opening each time a torrent is added and auto start #581

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download torrent file
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Torrent to automatically begin downloading and not prompt for save location, 
which is already defined in options and pre-populated on popup window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.0.3 on OS X 10.7.4

There is already such option in the program's options.
