Add buttons "Stop/Start All Torrents" in control panel
And if possible add "Stop/Start All Downloads/Uploads"

please add a lot more buttons for common operations. the author and other users 
together here can determine what "common operations" are

Hello All!
I think my issue 797 is for same subject but more detailed.
I am asking for an avanced popup menu.
To start/stop "all torrents" you will need to right-click on "all torrents" 
branch item and select the action you want.
