Windows 8 run issue, it required .Net 3.5, but Win8 does not have any. #595

Windows 8 run issue, it required .Net 3.5, but Win8 does not have any.
Of cause I can download one, but why do I need this?
Can you migrate to .Net4/4.5, there is no problem should be?
I hope it will happend soon, couse I need GUI. Thanks a lot.

Transmission Remote GUI does not require .NET. You confused it with other 
product which is .NET based.
