Create specfile for hyprland built with legacy renderer #5

makes a modified version of hyprland.spec which enables the legacy renderer (which is required for hyprland to work on older computers such as the Thinkpad X200)

test built in copr for Fedora 38 amd64 (see https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/cause-of-kernel-panic/hyprland/build/6334766/). Note that commit b37f6f7 will fail to build. The first build I did against commit 99e34a5 failed as wayland-protocols was not a high enough version, which was fixed by adding copr://solopasha/hyprland to Settings > Build options > External repositories in my copr project - I somehow doubt that you will need to do this.

Thanks, I've done it in a slightly different way (so that I don't change lines in multiple specs by hand)
