Update settings_scene_language.c

• If you change or add language definitions you also need to edit this file.
• Change of settings_scene_language.c replacing es_CO by es_ES.
• This change is needed but is not mentioned on 05translation.md

Rename the language to Spanish.

On files es_ES.c, language.c & language.h

• Rename the language code from es_CO to es_ES.
• Change some terms to be more consistent between Latam and European Spanish.

Delete fw/application/src/i18n/es_CO.c

• This file is replaced by es_ES.c

Makefile Update

• Include new es_ES.c file, remove old es_CO.c file.

Update i18n.csv

• Update source file of the new Spanish Globalization, changing some terms to be more consistent between Latam and European Spanish.
