Spanish Globalization #168

Update settings_scene_language.c

If you change or add language definitions you also need to edit this file.
Change of settings_scene_language.c replacing es_CO by es_ES
This change is needed but is not mentioned on 05translation.md

Rename the language to Spanish.

On files es_ES.c, language.c & language.h

Rename the language code from es_CO to es_ES
Change some terms to be more consistent between Latam and European Spanish

Makefile Update

Include new es_ES.c file, remove old es_CO.c file

Update i18n.csv

Update source file of the new Spanish Globalization, changing some terms to be more consistent between Latam and European Spanish
