Russian localization #239

Russian localization. Tested. Works.

The font 'wenquanyi_9pt_u8g2.bdf' has been edited. The glyphs of the letters of the Russian alphabet have been redrawn: glyphs afii10023, afii10017-afii10049, afii10065-affi10097, afii10071. The glyphs have been redrawn to more adequately display the letters of the alphabet.
