Thank you a lot! Yes more flexibility in the exclude file is likely the next 
bigget think that should be done.

However, I don't yet know if a second pattern file is the best solution, I'd 
much rather have lsyncd understand exclude rules as much like rysnc as possible 
in the already existing exclude file.
