initial sync is too agressive #85

With maxProcesses=2 an initial sync of 13 directories to 1 host is causing the 
host to throttle.

rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [sender]
rsync error: unexplained error (code 255) at io.c(601) [sender=3.0.7]

Maybe the initial sync could listen to the -delay option?
And lsyncd reports retrying, but it never does.

If I modify a file within one of the unsync'ed directories it sync's fine.

Version 2.0.4
Same enviroment as #84, new config attached.
