Links from Solr Ref Guide to Solr.cool #19

I'm looking at adding some links from the Solr Ref Guide to this site, and I notice we have:

https://solr.cool/#queryparsers https://solr.cool/#analyzers https://solr.cool/#searchcomponents

Each of these could be linked to from the right page on the Ref Guide.

However, the items under https://solr.cool/#other are a grab bag.

I wanted to ask the community: 1) Should we add some more categories? 2) Are any of the items under the #other actually fit under another category?

Thyme Leaf --> #responsewriters SolRDF --> ??? Mapping Update Processor --> #updateprocessors SearchSchemer --> solr-ids-export-plugin --> solcolator --> #queryparsers maybe?

I'll add more categories and will rearrange some of the other components into existing/new categories

I started remodeling in the https://github.com/solr-extensions/solr-extensions.github.io/tree/remodel-categories branch.

The @shopping24 plugins are down right now. I'll check back with them, if I can recover them.

I think once we get this issue done, then I can go back and see if the Solr community wants links throughout the ref guide, or a single link is the way to go.

Okay, latest thinking is that we do something comprehensive, maybe around David Smiley's ApacheCon talk and the next push by @tboeghk gets to done ;-)
