Find a way to deploy phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin without the vendor/ files, or remove them during the deployment.

There should be no vendor files in https://packagist.org/packages/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin (this has been unabandoned yesterday, announcement will come later this week).

Hey nijel,

Confirming this:

no vendor files in github
less vendor files included on archive releases (no development vendor dependencies)
packagist is functional and new projects created with composer deploy the phpmyadmin project and all it's vendor dependencies

Will make new tests.
