Settings schema 'com.solus-project.journal' is not installed #75

Here you go. Problem for you.

I have an older version of budgie desktop installed, and I'd rather not install the new one for now. Any fixes for this missing gsettings schema? Maybe it's best to package it with Journal itself...

`(process:24597): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'com.solus-project.journal' is not installed

Did you install it from the AUR? The AUR version has the postinstall to fix this.

Unrelated to Budgie Desktop. You need to install Journal and then update the schemas:

sudo glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas
