Initial packaging of Sublime Merge at the first stable release 1055 #477

I know that it does say in the README that you will no longer be accepting new packages but since the initial plan has taken longer that expected/stated (September 2017) and that this could be a very popular application I thought I would at least submit it for inclusion.

Summary: Initial packaging of sublime-merge at the first stable release 1055.

Test plan: Build, installed and ran sublime-merge. Tested a few different actions on some git repositories with everything working as expected.

I have also opened a pull request over at the help-centre-docs repository adding Sublime Merge to the third party software section.

As you remarked in the README, no further additions are being accepted. This is not something we'll be including. We suggest you assess any support for snaps or flatpaks, if they do not support such then I'd recommend filing a feature request with those developers.

As far as I can tell Sublime themselves are still in the process of rolling out packages for several distributions but I would be surprised if there wasn't a snap for it down the line since there is one for Sublime Text. Thank you for taking the time to consider and give feedback on the request.
