Update dtd links to getsol.us #513

Since I just heard that Josh was so kind as to make it available on getsol.us, and it's better than linking to non-existing or unreachable sites

@Staudey Note: Future commits should be against https://github.com/getsolus/3rd-party

You will be invited to join a 3rd Party Maintainers team shortly that will grant you write access to the repository. Please note that we'll still expect PRs for stuff that you've never modified before (say for example Sublime Text) but you'll be able to freely push to the repo otherwise.
