Auto-hide panel (dock) appears back after switching workspaces #1060

Operating System: Solus Unstable Budgie version: 128a50a9665cfbf9f6f92510fd89b0b13746f5ea

The issue encountered If you switch from one workspace to the next and on both workspaces are maximised windows, then the panel which should be hidden because of the fullscreen window suddenly appears without any animations. The only way to get rid of the panel again is to unmaximize and maximize the window again. My panel setup is like this: One panel at the top that is like the normal budgie panel and one dock panel at the bottom that is set to auto-hide.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Make a window fullscreen on workspace 1
  2. Make a window fullscreen on workspace 2
  3. Switch from workspace 2 to 1 and back (Sometimes it only happens after switching back)
  4. See the panel get stuck

Seems to be fixed after latest unstable -> git sync, revision is now 7561deb17452b650b370e11fbe3a4f2ddfe9e74b and it works like a charm now

Hi, I have the same issue here.

I have two panels set to auto-hide and two maximized windows in two different workspaces.

In any case, thanks for your work!

Edit: I'm using Solus with Budgie Desktop 10.4-146
