Operating System: Solus 3.26.2 Budgie version: Budgie 10.4

The issue encountered

The secound timer on the clock applet has a wrong font size if you set your menu panel to the left/right on your desktop, compared to the other date font size

Steps to reproduce the issue

Set your menupannel to the left/right side of your desktop

I also like to point is that the clock font is really small when the panel is on the left/right side. screenshot from 2018-01-03 02-47-27
