I am curious if Budgie works with the new GNOME Remote Desktop project.

mutter needs to be compiled with --enable-remote-desktop
gnome-remote-desktop needs to be packaged and installed (not in Solus yet)
If you aren't using mutter 3.30 yet, you need to enable an experimental gsettings option.
Finally turn on Settings > Sharing > Screen Sharing

Extremely interesting! First shot gives Native dependency 'libpipewire-0.1' not found on Ubuntu Budgie 18.10. libpipewire-0.2-1 is installed.
