BudgieDE freezing, BudgieEN not #1903

Hi there, I've run into a bug where the BudgieDE Desktop feezes and won't shutdown anymore (except via power button). The error ceased to occur once the system language was set to english UK. Occured using noveau driver for the MX250, I did not yet check it with the intel graphics.

OS: Solus Fortitude 4.0 BudgieVersion: 10.5.1 System: Lenovo Ideapad S540 CPU: Core i5-8265U with HD Graphic 630 RAM: 20GiB dGPU: MX250 @ 2GiB HDD: 512 GiB NVMe SSD (Samsung I suppose)

did u try ALT+F2 & then opening terminal...and then running the terminal command for shutdown. I know it doesn't fix the prob, but I kinda wanna weather it's the same issue that I'm experiencing

tried that, also the reboot command, didn't help. week 4 in BudgieUK without any freeze.
