Provide option to enable GTK3 Global Dark Theme mode #370

As discussed in #341 , Budgie's removal of GNOME Tweak Tool is a good move in my opinion. :relaxed: However, there's one feature from GNOME Tweak Tool that Raven's Appearance Settings doesn't provide yet: Global Dark Theme mode! :worried: global dark theme

Budgie has a Dark theme mode of it's own for which Raven already provides a setting: raven customize options So, can this setting be extended to enable GTK3's Global Dark Theme mode as well? :confused: If not, maybe provide another setting for it?

Please open individual bugs for individual issues, hijacking issues isn't the solution.

Well, I found something interesting today that makes this issue a bug rather than a feature request! :grin: Budgie homepage lists "global dark theming" among it's customization features. See: Budgie Dark Theme

So, I think the Dark Theme toggle button should enable GTK3 Global Dark Theme mode along with Budgie's Dark Theme.

This isn't a bug - that's @JoshStrobl putting the wrong information on the page :P

Oh! :disappointed: For a moment, I thought this would convince u to implement this feature. :grin: Well, sometimes new functionality is born out of mistakes in documentation. :laughing:

This requires more thought. I use dark Budgie but I do not use dark GTK applications, I want them to use the normal theme. So this then entails 2 separate switches ..
