[wip] Refactor UI #2

NOTE: Filenames, class names, etc... are subject to change. Very much a work in progress.

This PR is to refactor the DoFlicky app's UI layer, making it easier to maintain and, less error prone and easily extensible.

- Initial PR
- Looking to get input on general direction
- Ignore fugly naming and code organization for now
