Not adding swap on custom partitioning #21

Currently swap only seems to get added on UEFI, so we have a logic fail. This should be considered a blocker for the next release.

OK not quite true. It is adding on UEFI and Legacy when in full disk mode. so some users aren't providing the details we need yet..
