#20 Add a search bar on language selection and make the list fully discoverable #32

As described in the Feature Request #20 . I decided to disable the "moar_button" because it was harder to use modify (packing problems). It doesn't seem to produce awful performance.

This does break the relevancy logic

Sadly yes, I don't know if it's possible to keep it, I tried different things and each time it makes the relevancy logic glitchy. However, research makes this logic less useful.
