New changelog and license tabs not visually separated by separator #108

The new changelog and license tabs are visually not separated in the default Details view. A separator line is missing. The line is only visible when sliding onto the tab with a cursor.

I meant a vertical separating line between Changelog and License. Maybe it is a conscious design choice and my suggestion won't look good but intuitively, I would expect a vertical line between the two tabs.

OK - that's not actually a thing specific to the software center as we're using a GtkStackSwitcher. I think this is actually down to the theme really (try Adapta you'll see what I mean)
