Add Polish translation to .desktop file #217

Sorry all translations are handled on Transifex and we automatically merge them in to the .in files - these files should never be modified

@ikeydoherty so why .desktop files are not translated in system even that Transifex says it's 100% complete? comparison of properly translated .desktop file from Budgie Desktop with .desktop for Software Center
