Using no transparency theme SC still has transparent sidebar #28

If I'm using a theme without transparencies, I'd expect the Software Center, to respect that. I can confirm this only happens to with the Arc theme.

Either use a global style from the theme, or have custom style defined within the theme that respects the transparency setting selected at build time for Arc.

The SC has in-built Arc styling that has very little to do with the host style. This isn't exactly something that is upstreamable.
