Can we make a Repository with a private Pages site? #12

Can we make a Repository with a private Pages site? If not, then our model needs work.

I've been thinking we could have a private Repository for an internal KB, and a public one for the public KB. Reading that to myself now I realize the private site would require some authentication that probably doesn't exist in Pages.

The Pages documentation says:

Pages are always publicly accessible when published, even if their repository is private.
