Support customized flavor directory path #31

If devevn supports customized flavor directory path, we could use this feature to package devenv as some more deliverable or conventional package for user to consume, e.g. debian package.

possible best practice: I am aware that the well-known project wine and winetricks are using something like flavors of devenv. We may want to have a look of the code.
