Build Slats and Shoulder Details without adding too much weight

There are several large detail pieces on the shoulders of the Dalek that need adding. We could use:

• Expanded Polystyrene.
• Vacuum formed shells.
• Some other foam provided we can seal and paint it.

I'm adding a note here to remind me to investigate balsa wood prices. We need to make any additional pieces as light as possible.
