Add storage inside skirt #6

Need to carry all the equipment the Dalek needs including spares:

Pliers or similar for fitting the battery terminals
Wii remote
Audio equipment (e.g. transmitter)
Spare AA batteries for the wii remote
Flyers and business cards
Spare cables (audio, USB extension, etc)
Duct tape
Spare hemispheres

Would be nice if it could also carry things for it's minders, e.g. space for water or food.
